My girlfriend recently got really into pottery, but studio time/classes are pretty expensive where we live, and the pressure of trying to improve while paying by the session is kind of taking the fun/relaxing part out of it.
I’m thinking about setting up a small home setup for her birthday and was looking at the VEVOR wheels, mainly the 11” vs 14”. For a beginner mostly making mugs/bowls/smaller pieces, is the 11” enough or worth going straight to the 14”?
Also curious what people recommend for a simple DIY wedging table/setup on a budget.
Would love any advice from people with home studios!
