My mother refuses to listen to my criticism so Im helpless. Says the reason why I shouldnt go to the doctor is that its all on my phone. I cut off all technology for a whole week and NOTHING improved. My siblings sleeping improvements were NOTHING as well.

What pills should I take? I used sound masking and I have to keep waking up at night, I have try to make myself busy etc. I literally cannot sleep more 5 hours

and have to keep up with school or work.

I have to deal with ringing in my ears just because some neighbor child thought it was a good idea to be the one operating a firework which was sent flying + nearly killed me.

Im planning on seeing a doctor soon and HOPEFULLY my mother doesnt steal from my cash again.
