I recently boughy Poco X8 pro max as a 2nd smartphone.

I wanted to get your opinion on whether I keep refresh rate default or set it to always 60.

My goal that it will consume less battery on which case, the default (as it says it changes refresh rate based on usage, or I keep it 60 forever)

again, what I Care most about is the longest periode of usage between charges.

Feel free to also tell me your experiences, maybe both will have same battery usage ? thanks you again.
