I’m willing to work commission only, I was trying to wholesale on my own but I want to join a team to get more experience

I am asking for a friend:

My friend had received a NTA and has court in early June. She consoled with 2 attorneys.

One attorney had filed the 485 with the court and sent the 360 to USCIS. She said it’s the safest route right now.

Another attorney said that it’s wrong and that he would refile to get a ruling on both forms in the courthouse.

The first attorney said it’s a big risk and that the court will want people who signed a affidavit to come testify ( no only one person will go and testify. Everybody else will not).

Which one is right and how would proceed, she is stuck right now
