My app crashed during deliveries twice and now I have two contract violations for lateness that were automatically declined disputes. I was genuinely unable to open the app and when it did open it would not load anything. I took screenshots and screen recordings with timestamps and tried to message support but am also unable to do that either. I still have the pop up that I am still dashing but I can not accept any offers I get texts about.

Usually someone posts about app issues or you can find out with a google search but I'm not seeing anything and I really need to know if this is my phone's personal issue with the app or if it's widespread.
