I just got a new-to-me oak table and it’s in pretty good shape, but there are some marks that I can see from an angle and I would like to try to improve them. There is also a little bit of cloudiness. What products are preferred to keep it looking good that won’t build up over time?

Not interested in refinishing at this time. There are also some dents which I briefly considered trying to raise with the iron method but I don’t want to risk damage to the finish.
