Is employee's signature required anywhere for a H1B petition?
My employer is filing H1B petition for me with an external immigration firm.
I directly follow up with the law firm.
The law firm's attorney has said that he got the signed package from my employer and will be sending it to the USCIS this week and when asked, said my signatures are not needed anywhere.
To be clear, I have provided all my documents but did not sign anything so far in the process.
Is this just how it is? Please share your inputs.
