Clean, well-maintained rooms (no shady setups)
Reliable WiFi (non-negotiable)
Decent food or easy access to it
Safe area, preferably gated or with security
Minimal restrictions (not like a hostel)
Walking distance / short commute to Cyber City would be ideal

I’ve seen a lot of options online, but reviews are all over the place, so I’d really appreciate first-hand experiences or honest recommendations—especially places that are actually worth the money.
