Stain on paint

Hi all noticed this the other day when washing car. It’s a mk6 Jetta and cannot get it out I’ve tried a car wash soap and a weak vinegar and water mix. I believe it’s from the windscreen washer blowing back and seeping into the paint. I could be completely wrong but just wondering anyone have any ideas on how to get it out. Thanks

Hi all
I have a 2012 Jetta and looking to add modifications to it. This is my first car so really have no clue how insurance works, I see lots of people with Jetta’s and they have them sitting on coilovers and also tints and alloys. I want to do the same myself. Do people declare it when they get them lowered or do brokers run away when u mention modifications?
