Need help deciding between Emory and nyu

Hey guys, I have till June 1st to decide where I am going to transfer to, I'm a pre law student majoring in philosophy and I made a pros and cons list, would love some feedback.

Pros and cons of Emory and NYU
Emory

Pros
warm weather
t25
know friends on campus already
beautiful campus
laid back student body
near georgia tech (for more of the college experience)
southern hospitality
more opportunities for research within bioethics and neuroscience
cheaper cost of living
short ride to atlanta
plenty of legal opportunities in atlanta

Cons
pre med heavy, less emphasis on law school opportunities
emory's law school is ranked WAY lower
lower rank for my major (philosophy)
less national recognition (most likely)
less to do on campus
study abroad in italy has to be with another institution (not too big of a deal)
have to fly instead of taking a train home

Nyu

Pros
ranked number one in the u.s. for my major
more pre professional environment
nyu law is a t14
limitless legal opportunities
global recognition
seamless study abroad program in florence italy
night life is great
nyc > atlanta
more people passionate about law
easier travel back home
outgoing student body
likely a once in a lifetime opportunity to live in new york

Cons
much higher cost of living
no real campus
lack of school spirit (emory too though to a lesser extent)
constant noise
more cutthroat?
lower undergrad rank
colder weather
know less people (not a big deal)

Hey guys, I'm a sophomore transfer who recently got admitted to both Emory and NYU for philosophy. I plan to go to law school, and I would like to know which is the better choice between the two. I also got waitlisted at UVA (in-state) and UNC, but I highly doubt I will get off that.
