Hey everyone, looking for some advice!

I just launched a real estate education brand. YouTube channel + website + a video course priced around $300-$500. It's aimed at total beginners in the U.S. who want to buy their first investment property. Think practical steps, no guru BS.

I'm pretty much starting from scratch with zero sales yet, and I want to set up an affiliate program to get the word out.

My question is: where do you even start when you have zero traction? Are there platforms or communities where you can find affiliates willing to work with a brand that's just getting off the ground?

Any advice or experience appreciated, even if it's just 'don't bother yet' lol 🙏
