I was in a taxi driving past Meguro river last night (~0:00 or so, after last train), down the road from Ebisu to Nakameguro.
I, and the taxi driver, saw like three or four police pushing a person wrapped in a thick sheet into the back of the patrol car.
Her legs were sticking out, and the stockings and shoes made me think young person.
Anyone else happen to witness that? I sadly think it was likely a dead body, after reading up a bit about procedures here, but I was shocked at the time to see them doing this in front of everyone, no ambulance, no cordone.
One might think it was an intoxicated person, but the number of police helping and her face being covered don't fit that scenario to me.
