I was at the hairdresser today and when she was blow drying my hair we could see all the new hair growth. I was kind of blown away! No pun intended, haha.

I started a heme iron bisglycinate supplement (Thorne advanced iron complex) in December and finally had some improvements to my hemoglobin and started noticing some new hair growth around my hairline. Then 6 weeks ago I had an iron infusion (monoferric).

So I think the regrowth must have started in December and then just continued to improve post-infusion. I’m so thrilled to see this improvement and wanted to share.
