the criteria should be

1. it should be shonen show only, and a action shonen at that

2. it should be around somewhat around 2000s to 2015s type deals you get the point

3. there shouldn't be a single tournament related stuff going on in the show be it onscreen or offscreen in any shape or form

the reason i asked this because back then a lot of shows depended on your tournament arcs for their stories to show character progression, so which shows didn't and still worked it out,
