my qualifications currently in 12th grade

Pretty self explanatory I guess, I could not join a coaching institute in 11th due to some reason I would not like to mention, however I've joined a local(good but) coaching and can't understand a thing because I haven't done anything in 11th.

I'm aiming for Mains, and need help I'm how I can cover the syllabus. I don't even know how to practice, revise etc.
