Hi guys this is my knife set. Im only 18 but Ive been doing research on knives for a while now since i want to be a cook and the shun was a gift so dont blame me. I got all my knives from Sharpknife shop in toronto. Thank you and be honest

The first one is a kenshiro Hatono R2 SG2 gyuto 240
Second one is a Tosaichi A0 super gyuto 210
Third one is a Naoki Mazaki Kurouchi Nakiri 175
Fourth one is a shun santoku
Fifth is a Hatsukokoro Hikari SLD petty 130
The 6th one is here but its a Extra wide victronox 8 inch chef knife and its my beater so it dosent count

But yes I love japanese knives and I still have so much to learn but so far this is my set as an 18 year old.
