My parents are my best friends in every way. I was a single parent (mom) of 2 and we lived with them. They weren’t just friends or relatives they were my life partners in raising my kids and decisions I made. I was each to their caretakers and was holding their hand when they transitioned. I can’t seem to move forward without them. I dreamt about my dad last night and wondering if he is trying to tell me something.
