Jesus as a concept, rather than a person
(Non-religious pov)
Jesus Christ taught consciousness.
Consciousness that professes that love and forgiveness is accessible to all.
"The son of god" is consciousness: consciousness does come from infinite potential that is everything.
Consciousness is limitless.
Jesus Christ represents consciousness beyond vengeance, scarcity, and ego.
I’ll never connect to the “ambassador of god” style of religion. As if one person could gate keep god; what is the social function of that? Why do so many people need someone to lead them to god or in life? Or rather why is that model forced on the masses? I like the idea of Jesus Christ as a concept—as a concept of higher functioning consciousness that could make life better if you choose to access it, rather than a person bearing the message of god.
