I'm supposed to start a student exchange program that serves as my degree thesis on May 23rd. I cannot delay this program.
Using the usvisaappt.com platform, I scheduled an appointment for a date after the program starts. I then sent an emergency request (as my situation is urgent). However, I forgot a required document in my request (the proof of SEVIS payment, which I have). Obviously, it was rejected.
Now I am stuck. I cannot send a new request, I cannot reschedule earlier, and I cannot even make a new appointment and pay the fee again.
I am sending multiple tickets to support, but nothing is happening; I only receive the same basic reply before they close the ticket. At this point, I'm just begging for something to happen...
Can someone help me please?
