Hi everyone,

I apologize for my ignorance but I wanted to quickly share my situation here : my G14 (2023) has a weird issue : it won't detect any power source (no led light) and turn on unless the battery is fully disconnected.

I suppose that it is a hardware issue and I'm going towards replacing it, but would have liked to have feedback on this first, as I've encountered other exotic problems on the battery of my previous G14 (2020).

I don't know if it is a known issue : does anybody here maybe has an idea if I could somehow fix this with a software change ? What I find really odd is that last time I checked G-Helper, the battery was at 90+% health.
