I'm Lu, in my late 20s studying Neuroscience / Psychology. I'm looking to improve my Portuguese.
I'm fluent in English as it has been my main language for ~15-20 years.
I grew up speaking Portugese but since moving to an english speaking country many years ago, I've lost a lot of the language. I communicate at the level of a 6 year old: forget tenses & at times confuse Portugese words with Spanish ones. Although I do understand the language well, I often communicate sentences in a mixture of Portugese / English.
I'm looking to improve my level so that I can sound my age when having a conversation with friends / family whenever I am in Portugal / Brazil. Seeking someone to have audio calls with & who is willing to fix my word choices when they are incorrect... I want to stop mixing English into Portuguese & sounding like a kid !
