Currently in the depths of luteal. I’ve been going crazy because I feel like I am going crazy. This card jumped out during my reading this morning. The meaning of the card is so on point with how I’m feeling. I keep reminding myself- stop fighting the dragon, It’s not real. Fighting it only makes it stronger. Denying the dragon existence is actually helpful.
Example:

Me: “I already went to therapy for that, I know this pain is just a manifestation of the pmdd. I do not have to relive this pain.”
