Here is hoping Halmarut becomes a full-on ally or at least not an enemy by the end. The devs have made pains to have her come off as likable or at least understandable. Having her be yet another Ascian we ultimately have to kill would be boring. And Emet and Elidibus already did the "they had to be defeated but you're gonna cry over their death, because you wish there were another way" trope.

Having a living Ancient who either joins us or at least lets us pester her from time to time would be cool.
