I made it about 22 days. I usually get urges around 14 or 15 days in. Still trying to think through the process of events that led me to another incident—how it happened. I need to keep trying! I don’t like how my brain completely flips sides once I’m done doing it and it’s back to fighting this problem…but in the middle of relapsing, I was fully on the other side, wanting it.
