I did 2 blood tests 1 in januari and 1 in april

In januari my ferritin came back 98 and in april it came back 140.

The thing is I didn't supplement any iron in between tests. Is it possible for ferritin to raise that much without any supplementation.

Problem also was that i was a little sick in both tests... + i have crohn's disease

My symptoms: vertical nail ridges + shaky legs + headaches when trying to focus
