Hey gardeners! I ordered bare root strawberry plants from Veseys back in March, to grow in my Greenstalks. My understanding is that bare root plants can be planted as soon as the soil can be worked so they have time to break dormancy and get growing. I’m in zone 6a and the soil is warming nicely, spring is well on its way.

I don’t know what the delay is, but they still haven’t shipped my plants and I’m considering just canceling my order and buying started plants instead. I want a good long season with them (I chose an everbearing variety) what would you do in this situation?
