Need to rent commercial building
Hello and happy Friday everyone! With so many empty buildings around I’m surprised I’m having so much trouble finding a space for lease. If anyone knows anything or can point me in a direction I’d appreciate it! I’m checked with some local realtors and nothing really fit.
Looking for a small building or warehouse space that is a commercial location. It will be used solely for storage and shipping for my business. Need less than 1,000 sf but I understand finding a space that small is rare. The commercial aspect is important for my freight pricing when the carrier picks up pallets and boxes. A dock would be amazing but I have a pallet jack so it’s not necessary.
People have suggested storage units but freight is crazy because it’s considered “limited access.”
