Protein goals causing fatigue

41m 6 weeks of reta l just tritiated up to 2mg yesterday. 180cm, 94,5kg starting weight 90,7 today. Daily calories somewhere between 1600 and 2000. Trying to reach 150g of protein a day.

3x workouts resistance training per week.

Few weeks ago started to feel heavy fatigue and thought it was from working out. Later on suspected it might be not enough carbs but now I can nail it down that meals or shakes with a protein value of about over 40g make me insanely tired or even sleepy.

How do you guys hit your goals without experiencing the same?
