I'm going on a NCL cruise to Skagway Alaska in August. I'd like to do the "VIP White Pass Scenic Railway" excursion, but the only timeslot on the NCL website is 8am. The excursion offers unlimited alcohol and only lasts 2h45m and my group doesn't really want to be drinking that early in the morning, especially because we'll be in Skagway until 8pm.
Do we think NCL will offer a second, later time for the excursion if there's enough interest? Any experience with having them change an excursion time or open up a second one?
