Am I the only one encountering lag issues despite having a perfectly stable connexion.

I have a constant screened 21ms but im having rollbacks, ennemy tps and latency which feels like a solid 90-110 ms lag.

I dont have any "extra Lol" internet issue, perfect download speed can watch streams without any issue but when playing it feels off.

Just reinstalled the whole game because i thougt it was a me problem but nothing changed and I just feel helpless rn its ruining my game experience and dont want to queue up when I just know i'll be lagging.

I don't see no one just mentionning it so i ask it here hoping I'm not the only one.
