as you can see here, dust blades wont fully open. any fixes for these or should i get new dust blades?

Currently in Yokosuka, are there any camera repair shops nearby? (also okay with 3rd parties!)

i dented my zoom lens a bit and the thing wont fully open. it only opens up a bit and stops there. All other parts are working fine
