I love the idea of this countertop water filter system and was trying to reduce my plastic use, but I can’t recommend their product.

First, it just tastes bad. It is impossible to ”charge” their filters with typical faucets. It does not hold 2.5 gallons of water. One of my filters started having what looks like white mold spots on top. I was told to keep the filters under water. That is impossible. save your money.
