People who have the external battery on your G3, how do you make sure it doesn't get stolen when locking the scooter outside? As far as I understand the external battery is simply held on by screws, what's preventing someone from taking an electric screwdriver and yanking it out?

Has anyone else been having issues connecting to the scooter? I can't connect using the official app or shu, it sees the scooter but the connection always fails. I haven't updated it or done anything to it except changing the taillight.
