My young goat is going to kid soon. We got her when she was pregnant and didnt know so this is all happening quite fast. Shes 5 months old. I have been doing my research and have gathered electrolytes, lube, gloves, a thermometer, iodine, and towels. I just want to know what im missing or if anyone has any good recommendations or advice for anything I could be missing. Do I need to worm her after? What do we give mom and baby after birth? How can I make this easier for mom? Literally any advice would be helpful!! I feel horrible that this poor baby is having a baby. Thank you!

We got her about 4 months ago and now suddenly it looks like shes pretty wide with a bag. We have her twin sister and she does not look like this! When we got her she was running around with all sorts of goats. We dont have any bucks. Is this normal? I dont want this little baby to go through this 😢

Sorry for the bad pictures

My Dr told me that if I lose weight, my hirsutism wont be so bad. Is that true? Im 5'7" and about 220lbs. He told me I am growing hair like this because I am fat. I grow hair on my chin, neck, chest, and back. Im working on losing weight and wondering if anyone else has gone through this and if it really helped.

Im having a such a hard time with weight loss. I count my calories and am active but the sugar cravings and weight gain is still there and its so bad. I feel like if I look at food I gain weight. I feel horrible and like nothing will help. I am taking metformin but that just keeps my period more regular. Im thinking about asking my Dr about GLP-1s. Anyone have any success with this? What did you use? I have an appointment in May and would like to ask about options!
