Hi everyone,

I’ve been going back and forth on this and would really appreciate some advice.
I’m currently working in a Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) systems/compliance role, but it’s also pretty data-heavy. I’m trying to figure out which NOC makes the most sense for PR (likely NB PNP or Express Entry), and I’m honestly stuck between a few options.
My day-to-day looks something like:
- managing systems like Intelex and SAP (document control, access, etc.)
- handling CAPAs and general compliance processes
- coordinating audits (internal/external) and tracking everything
- pulling together monthly scorecards / KPIs
- doing data analysis + reporting (mostly Excel / some Power BI)
- supporting and training others on the systems
- working with different plants across to support KPI analysis against FSQ standard

No lab work at all — it’s really more systems, compliance, and data.

Right now I’m looking at:
21223 (Database analysts / data admin)

21222 (Information systems specialists)

22100 (chemical technologist — but this feels like a stretch)

For anyone who’s been in a similar situation, which one would you lean toward? Or what did you use?
I just want to make sure I pick something that actually matches what I do day-to-day and won’t cause issues later.

Thanks so much in advance — really appreciate any insight 🙏
