Talk to me about fueling for a match

Especially for multiple matches. I try to eat good complex carbs beforehand but then I crash if I don’t get sugar during play. I’ll usually eat a medjool date between sets. That works pretty well for me. This weekend I had 4 matches in two days because of weather makeups and I was crashing in my last match. Maybe I’m just not quite there fitness-wise to be able to handle that much playing, but I have been playing a ton for the past year so it’s not that outside the realm of my abilities. So just wondering if there’s anything I can do fueling wise to keep my performance more steady. What to eat between a morning and afternoon match on the same day is especially challenging. If I eat a normal lunch, my stomach will hurt, so it has to be light. After my first match today, I had a full fat yogurt smoothie with cherries and a banana + a scoop of whey + a scoop of collagen powder. But I was loopy during the final match afterward and making a ton of errors. I just don’t know if it’s an over-exertion problem or a fueling problem. Thoughts?
