I’m going on my first far solo trip in less than 6 weeks to Malaysia. I’m an 18-year-old male and I’ve visited a lot of countries before, but always with my parents. I’ve also traveled alone in some European countries before, but that felt more familiar to me. This will be my first real long-distance solo trip outside of that comfort zone.

My route is:

4 days in Kuala Lumpur

4 days in Langkawi

3 days in George Town

5 days in Perhentian Islands

2 more days in Kuala Lumpur before flying home
