Lease problem
Hello!
Two months ago i was searching for virtiual offices and collecting quotes or checking out some that might meet my needs
I unintentionaly signed an agreement with regus thinking its just another quote ( i have been collecting lots of quotes for insurance, VAs ect) and i by mistake signed a 1 year lease agreement (even tho i did not enter any credit card information or billing adress, just basic email location name ect)
I did not open my regus account until i saw a two month receipt due, i did not use the location and i terminated the offer but it still stands for a full year
Its more money than i can afford but im able to just pay those two months or just a good gesture fee/administrative expenses
I thought i was getting lots of email from them by mistake and some were very irrleevent until i realised i was being billed
Do i stand a case? If not how fucked am i?
