I have a water tank on my building's rooftop, and I need to make something that tells me the water level in the tank. I was thinking I could use an "hc sr04 ultrasonic sensor" with an Arduino. I would add the sensor and Arduino on the inside of the tank cover and connect it to an LCD screen showing the water percentage inside my apartment on the 2nd floor.

Here is my question. How can I put the screen in my apartment, and have the Arduino and the sensor inside the tank?

I have a power source beside the tank, but if I connected them with a wire, it would be 10 meters long.
