I'm putting up a place to rent near a known university and before I start making decisions I might regret, I figured I'd go straight to the people who'd actually live there. If you've ever rented in Baguio as a student, what made you choose your place or what made you wish you hadn't? I'm curious about the obvious things like WiFi, hot water, and price, but more so the stuff that doesn't show up on the listing, the small details that either made your stay bearable or drove you crazy. What did your landlord get right without even knowing it? What did they completely miss? Any honest answer helps. Thanks in advance!
