So I found this big Barbie doll very beating up and I just want to fix her and clean her up any tips to repair her broken neck and part of her shoulder?

So I found this big Barbie doll on the high school I volunteer in, I search her up but I can only find similar Barbies but not this one especially, she is super beating up I was just thinking on fixing her and clean her up!
