I thought I saved it but I can't seem to find it and am close to losing my job at work hahahaah

It was a meme that was split 4 ways

It had an old grannie in one of the 4 A drug lord in the other smiling weirdly lmfao And I forogt the other two but they were hilarious
Anyone have it to share? Maybe it was on Insta saw it and that's why I don't have it, I remember spitting my drink out nearly.
