I am currently 1300 and comfortable in doing questions upto 1400 rating. I want to reach atleast 1600-1700 in coming vacation. Also I want to give iicpc and icpc. So please tell me how to structure my journey, what to do, what to follow, etc.

(Considering I'm not too confident in dp and graphs but I feel I'm decent at maths )
