Hey everyone. Trying to decide between the Chase Sapphire Preferred ($95 AF), Capital One Venture ($95 AF), and Bilt 2.0/Obsidian ($95 AF) and would love some opinions. I’m a renter, already have a Capital One Quicksilver that I plan to product change to the Savor for the 3x categories, and also have an Apple Card + Discover. Credit score is excellent. My main goals are travel rewards, and maximizing everyday spending without needing a huge setup. I am able to clear the $4000 in first 3 months for 75K travel bonus. Would appreciate any recs.

Hey everyone. I’m moving from NY/NJ to Houston soon for medical fellowship and trying to find a good apartment. I’m looking for 1 or 2 bed/1 bath under $2000.
I’ll be working in/around the Texas Medical Center, so ideally I’d like something within 15–20 minutes, but I’m definitely willing to go a bit further if it means a safer area.
Safety and overall vibe are really important to me. I’d prefer a place ideally around other medical peeps or working professionals rather than super loud or fratty/college student type vibe. I’ll be working long hours.
I’ll also be driving, so secure parking/garage is a must.
Would really appreciate neighborhood recs, specific apartment complexes if you’ve had good experience and areas to avoid.
Thanks so much!
