Losing control

Does anyone else feel like the principals has lost control of the students and teachers. Like now it’s just a free for all and they can do whatever they want. I work as the custodian/maintenance guy so I see quite a bit inside the school system and the school I work at, I also graduated from only 5 years ago. And the rules were very strict when I went to school but now they can do whatever they want. I have students who when they don’t finish their lunch they just bring it back to class with them like how the F can that be allowed. And the food problem is out of control we have ants everywhere like these kids are literally bring in actual food and eating it during class time. Just the other day I saw a kid in a classroom while the teacher was teaching and he was just eating a bowl of chili and drinking milk. Than something I had to deal with today was a exit sign was broke in the gym inside the cage it was in so I went back on camera and found a group of students were throwing a bouncy ball at it to try to break it, they were throwing this ball at it for 10 minutes straight and the worst part about it is the teacher was standing right next to them while they do this. Than kids stuffing paper towels in toilets, and what really irritates me is that I will mop all my class rooms than the next day you can’t even tell I mopped them because of how much food is on the floor. I’m almost debating on writing a complaint to the school board or even talking with the superintendent about these issues. Because there are way to many issues to put on here, I could write an entire book of problems that is going on right now. Something I find funny is that it’s bad enough where kids are starting to just jump around to classes they aren’t even supposed to be in just so they can hangout with their friends.
