So, my tilt table test yesterday (which was officially positive for POTS, >50bpm HR change sucks, just as a heads up) apparently put me into a ~*symptom flare*~ that I 100% don't have time for. Any of the other spoon friends on here got tips for alleviating symptoms that DON'T involve "just rest"?

So, I have the fun POTS(we think, undiagnosed until next week) and hEDS combo. So, compression socks are indicated for the venous return, right? Well, unfortunately, most of my joint pain is in my ankles (and shoulders, not currently relevant), and wearing compression socks makes it. so much worse. Even with KT tape or wearing ankle-supporting shoes like boots. Anyone got experience or advice with this?
