Master replicas not shipping my order?
I ordered the U.S.S Voyager dedication plaque from their website because my dads sister aka my auntie had passed away and he was taking it pretty hard and he’s a massive Star Trek fan, so I bought him this plaque for £35 however it’s been 10 days since I ordered it and I’ve had no updates on it or anything not even a tracking number. I’m not a Star Trek fan myself but i saw a similar Reddit post here from two years ago and I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if they have any ideas on what’s happening with it? I really wanted this to come quickly because I live in the uk where they are based so I didn’t think it’d take this long. I’ve already emailed them about it and messaged them on Instagram so I’m getting kinda frustrated now because I just want my dad to feel better. Please reply if you know anything about it!
