So I started working out recently and I incorporated core muscles in my split. I started to notice the first time when I finished it I started feeling like throwing up and weird and all. It stayed for a few hours and the next day onwards I started getting like burning stomach sensation followed by some sort of feeling like throwing up. Its been 2 weeks and I never threw up till now but it feels like stomach is off balance. When I drink water I feel kinda weird if I consume large quantities. I feel like I need like one proper burp to get that feeling out but I just don't get it.
It hasn't affected my appetite, I am eating and I do feel hungry but it's just a very annoying feeling to have.
