Hey yall! I've made steak the normal way and reverse searing a couple times already, and while often decent I'm definitely not an expert yet.

I was wondering if the following method has been done before and if it is any good.

So can you sear the steak, then store it in the fridge for a later date, then when you're hungry, pop it in the oven and get that internal to the desired doneness?

Do able idea, or shit? If shit, what form of shit (how does it ruin it)?
