Long shot but I used to listen to healing frequencies and other similar songs/sounds on YouTube when I was younger. 2010s era. There was one song by a woman with red hair who I think called herself the healing woman or something. She had a soft voice and I remember parts of the lyrics but her pronunciation was not typical so may not be 100% accurate.

“Madame? nature looking to light
Look at her beauty looking ???
In the dark hope is alive
???
Gives you solace
Hold on to her hand”

May not have been fully in English or she had an accent. Possibility that there was rain sounds incorporated as well.
